Today's featured VOCALLIANCE member is Henry Bolo.
Henry has been in the industry for 24 years now, not just as a voice actor, but also as an audio engineer, sound designer, and instructor.
Henry Bolo
His is the voice of the Unilab slogan, “Unilab ‘yan” and numerous TV, radio, and digital commercials, corporate presentations, training modules, and IVRS.
He has also done voice-overs for live events and ADR/dubbing for animated and live action features. He is fluent in the dialect of Bicol and can speak a bit of French and Mandarin.
Henry has at one time worked on radio as an announcer and production director for a popular FM station, a program director and trainer for UST’s TC radio, an announcer for an ABS-CBN station, and a presenter/producer for a Singaporean station.
He has taught radio announcing and production at UST and was, at one time, Assistant Director for its Digital Audio Department.
He is currently teaching in 3 educational institutions: Voice Acting, Sound Design, and Advanced Mixing Techniques at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde, Sound Design, Copywriting for Advertising, and Screenplay Writing at Assumption College, and Digital Audio Design at Trinity University of Asia.
